Overview HYPERSMASH (“the Game”, “we”, “our”) is a mobile arcade roguelike game developed by Nexarity. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play the Game and how it is used.

Information We Collect Information We Do NOT Collect We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.

All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device only using device storage (localStorage / SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Information Collected by Third Parties The Game uses the following third-party services that may collect data independently:

Google AdMob (Advertising) The Game displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

Device identifiers (Advertising ID) IP address Device type, OS version, and language Ad interaction data (clicks, impressions) AdMob uses this data to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads by resetting your device’s Advertising ID or enabling “Opt out of Ads Personalization” in your device settings.

Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases) If you make a purchase (e.g., “Remove Ads”), the transaction is processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information. Google may collect purchase history and billing information per their own privacy policy.

In-App Purchases The Game offers one optional in-app purchase:

Remove Ads ($4.99 one-time) — permanently disables all advertisements This purchase is processed entirely through Google Play Billing. We do not have access to your payment details.

Advertising The Game shows advertisements via Google AdMob, including:

Interstitial ads (shown between runs) Rewarded ads (optional — watch to earn in-game benefits like revives) Rewarded ads are always optional. You are never required to watch an ad to continue playing.

Purchasing “Remove Ads” disables all advertising permanently.

Children’s Privacy The Game does not knowingly target or collect information from children under the age of 13. The Game contains mild fantasy violence and is rated for general audiences. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through a third-party service used by the Game, please contact the respective third party directly.

Data Retention and Deletion Game save data (progress, settings, unlocks) is stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by:

Clearing the app’s data in your device settings Uninstalling the Game We do not store any of your data on our servers.

Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at the URL where this policy is hosted. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
